BIO
B.E. Thidemann has always been a creator at heart. Whether through a camera lens or the written word, she has spent her life finding beauty in the details. Her journey as an author began in first grade, when a teacher bound one of her stories into a small hardcover book. Holding that book and seeing her name on a spine for the first time, planted the dream in her heart.
That lifelong dream became reality with the publication of Heart of Stone. While many writers draw inspiration from the world around them, B often finds hers in dreams. A vivid dreamer, she frequently wakes with scenes, tension, and characters already unfolding, mining her subconscious for the emotional stakes that drive her stories.
When she steps away from the keyboard, B is usually outdoors. She enjoys photography, kayaking, traveling, exploring national parks, spontaneous road trips with her husband, spending time with her adult children, and seeking adventures.
